1. You can smile just because someone besides you is smiling. It is contagious.
I think that we should agree about this. No need to be proofed by the science. Almost everyday we are experiencing this. Even if we don’t know about anything, but when your friend is smiling out of the blue and you are knowing about it, you will be smiling too. So with the laughing or even when your friend is sad. Even though you may not as sad as your friend, but you may will show the mimic of sad.

For example, when you are going to the work, the traffic may heavy and there’s nothing you can do about it, nor even the horn you are sounding all the time. At that time, you’d better hold your face in a smile for a few moments that you can to avoid being stuck in a traffic and to train your heart as well to be more healthier.
If you are forcing yourself to smile, your mood can be changed as well if you are in a certain unwanted situation.

If you are thinking that your are the beautiful woman, wait until you are smiling. You’ll become more beautiful than before. That’s a magic that can be done by most of us in just a second.

Although that some naysayers were also claiming the opposite, at least I know that smiling is involving dozens of our muscles. Moreover, it is easier to smiling than frowning.
5. It is a universal sign of happiness
Even though there are around 19 types of smiling, there is one that most of us believe which is smiling can be identified by many of us as the happiness state of our self.
No matter the country you are living, the cultures and religions, we are smiling as the positive sign to the others and is understandably well by most of us. It is a universal language of happiness as well.
6. Smiling will cost you nothing but create much things
You don’t have to try so hard just to smile in case you are in a certain health condition. But for many of the normal people, you don’t have to spend even under a penny just to show people about your smiling.
